I like my new apartment. living in the city was eating away at me.
kinda bored with WoW at the moment, or maybe it's just my class (rogue). in any case, I'm shelving my main for a bit so I can level my belf paladin with emo josh's rogue. guild wars looks pretty enticing, too...
anyway. need to do my taxes; I'm expecting a decent amount back. considering a vacation somewhere far and foreign, or maybe a much-needed visit back home. either way, I need a break from this island.
work is gay. need to buy furniture and a tv. roommate picked the worst possible internet service. no plans for valentines day. hitting on japanese tourists always a viable option. currently at work, procastinating as usual. rambling, rambling...
hi to everyone I haven't spoken to in a while.
and a happy happy 37th birthday to shin. I've known you a long time now. we ain't as tight like back in the day, but I hope whatever you're up to these days is working out.

it's kind of ironic that I've been talking about stingrays all week. I named my switchblade "The Stingray" and I even commented about how cool it'd be if the stingray attacked the diver feeding the fishes in the giant tank at this seafood restaurant I went to the other night...
yeah, sad times.

I dreamt that I choked on a burger king sandwich filled with bacon. it was really disgusting and I woke up with a sore throat. that's like the third time I've almost or have died in a dream. I think it's telling me to stop eating burger king -- and fast food in general -- or else.
in other news I'm feeling very sleep-deprived. I never really meant it when I said "I'm tired" up until recently. you really know how exhausted you are by the measure of drool you wake up in.

dear terri,
as you know, I'm late on your birthday present. (big surprise there, huh??) but, uh... I have a legitimate excuse this time. you see, that bulk candy place never responded to my order so I just gave up -- on that place, not your present. and now I have no idea what to get you. maybe some local hawaiian candy? or another jacket you probably won't wear? hopefully you won't be too drunk when you read this.
